- Asset classes include land, retail, industrial, mixed-use, and for-sale housing. Medical office and general office assets are considered on a case by case basis.
- Preferred risk profile is value add and opportunistic
- Significant experience with acquisition and management of investments in bankruptcy, default, and other forms of distress
- Privately held investor pool of high net worth individuals assures short decision cycles and a quick close
- Ability to leverage relationships with institutional investment funds
- Historically focused on metro-Chicago area. Additional preferred geographical locations include Phoenix, and South Florida. Other locations are considered on a case by case basis.
