Mr. Huzenis has been active in the real estate industry for over 28 years.  After acquiring his real estate license, he became associated with a local real estate agency.  Mr. Huzenis, along with his brother Harry, created their own firm in 1982. Jameson Realty Group, which began as a small storefront office on Chicago's near north side, has enjoyed tremendous growth and now has 125 people working in its office in Chicago, Illinois, with specialists in both residential and commercial real estate.  The company further diversified into the investment and development areas with the creation of Jameson Development in 1992.

Jameson Realty Group, while maintaining its prominence in traditional brokerage, has become one of the city's foremost representatives of developers of both new construction and renovation projects.  The company has been responsible for successfully marketing over 300 projects in the last thirteen years. 

During his career, Charles has been responsible for overseeing $14 billion in Sales and $1 billion in Project Development.

Mr. Huzenis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Northern Illinois University in 1974.  He is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors, Lincoln Park Builders, is a Director of First Commercial Bank, Chicago and is a Board Member of City Day School.  In 2005, he was honored by the State of Israel Bonds and was also a recipient of the Lincoln Park Builders Impact Award.
