Mr. Bell has over 20 years combined experience in real estate development, commercial banking and title insurance.  His primary responsibilities at Jameson Development include management of all financial activity for development partnerships and individual projects, including project budgeting, cash flow forecasting and profit projections.  Responsibilities also include construction administration: preparation of construction draws and related documentation, financial oversight of general contractor/subcontractor relationships and bank reporting requirements. 

Mr. Bell has a BS from Creighton University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
