With a background in institutional and private real estate investment, Mr. Flannery is active in seeking out new acquisitions and partnership opportunities for Jameson Development.  In addition, he is responsible for asset and project management on current Jameson investments. 

Mr. Flannery has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and has worked with many of the industry’s largest players, including Prudential Insurance, First Chicago (now JP Morgan Chase) and Sam Zell’s Equity Office.  He has been involved in transactions totaling over $600 million dollars and has been responsible for asset management, marketing and operations of office and industrial properties comprising over 10.0 million square feet and located throughout the United States.

Mr. Flannery has a BS in Finance from Northern Illinois University and an MBA in International Business from Wayne State University.  He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, holds a State of Illinois Real Estate Brokers License and is a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation.
