Primary responsibilities include negotiating deals, simple and complex deal structuring and financing.  Additional responsibilities include management of the Jameson Development team and project management. In the last 9 years, Mr. Mandell has been directly involved in the acquisition and development of projects totaling more than $225 million.  Mr. Mandell has been involved in the area real estate development for over 12 years.  He is a graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management.
